Booking Conditions
You can contact us 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Bookings can be made by telephone 9am - 5pm or by sending in a booking form.
Individuals are not excluded from applying for courses designed for pre-formed groups. We make every effort, in consultation with the tutor, to create new groups of players with similar abilities and interests. As a result, it may not be possible to confirm such bookings until shortly before the course starts.
Course Times
Our courses generally run from 7pm (arrivals from 4.30pm) on the first evening until 4pm on the last day. This may vary, especially for the summer period, so if in doubt please check for details. Bursaries
Bursaries are available for course members in cases of genuine financial hardship. For some of our courses scholarships may be available for students in full-time education. All applications are considered on an individual basis. Contact us for more details and application forms.
Accommodation
We are able to offer the choice of three types of accommodation:
Select Premier bedrooms with en-suite facilities - supplement payable
En-suite Private facilities - supplement payable
Standard Basic room with shared facilities. Most of our standard rooms have a hand basin.
For those who are attending as Non-Residents, lunch and supper is provided. If breakfast is required, this is available at a small charge when booked in advance.
Bed and Breakfast
If your travel requirements dictate arrival and departure times outside scheduled course dates, you may be resident for those extra nights. Please enquire for availability and details.
Catering
We are very proud of our award winning catering service. Our 5 star rating under the Scores on the Doors nationwide food hygiene rating system has been awarded for high standards of compliance with statutory obligations and food safety management.
We are able to cater for most diets on medical and moral grounds. To help us, please supply full details of your requirements at the time of booking. Please contact the Catering manager directly if you have a very restricted diet.

Access for All
Benslow is able to offer fully integrated self-contained accommodation for visitors with restricted mobility, in our enhanced facilities.
Travel
Based in Hitchin, 30 miles north of London, the Trust is easily reached by road, rail and air. Little Benslow Hills is within easy walking distance, or a short taxi ride, from Hitchin station. Services run frequently from King's Cross, Cambridge and Peterborough.
We are mindful of our environment and would like to encourage our visitors to travel by public transport or car share when ever possible.
